valuable items, coverage for pleasure boats, and incidental
business and farming coverage.
Condominium Homeowner
This policy provides coverage for parts of your condominium
structure not insured by the condominium association, as well
as your personal property and your legal liability for bodily
injury to others. Optional coverages available include loss
assessment, special coverage for valuable items, coverage
for pleasure boats, and incidental business coverage.
Renters or tenants
Coverage is provided to protect your personal property and
your legal liability for bodily injury to others. Optional
coverages available include special coverage for valuable
items, coverage for pleasure boats, and incidental business
coverage.
Rental dwelling
If Oregon Mutual insures your primary residence and you also
own a residence that you rent to others, coverage is available
for the structure and contents. Coverage is also available
for landlord liability protection and medical payments to
others resulting from injury on the rental premises. Optional
coverages include building Ordinance or Law and rental value.
Scheduled property for valuable possessions
Homeowner policies usually have limitations on the coverage
provided for valuable items such as jewelry, furs, silverware,
and fine arts. Your homeowner, condominium or tenant homeowner
policy can be amended to additional protection for these higher
valued possessions.
Personal Umbrella Coverage
A personal umbrella provides additional liability coverage
above required underlying policy limits on your homeowner,
auto, watercraft and other personal insurance policies. The
umbrella policy is affordably priced and helps protect your
assets in the case of a serious accident or injury to others.
Umbrella liability limits start at $1,000,000; however, limits
up to $5,000,000 are available.
Watercraft Coverage
Your Homeowner, Condominium Homeowner or Tenant Homeowner
policy may be amended to provide coverage for pleasure boats,
motors, trailers, and related equipment. Liability coverage
for your pleasure boat may also be purchased.
